My digicam is a bit too large to hide in a pocket,
and I didn't want to bother walking around New York looking like
a tourist with a camera strung around my neck. The solution was
the phonecam in my little Sony T-610.
The images are low res, and the light response is pretty bad, but
what you end up with, if you're lucky, are some artistic-looking
shots that have a gritty, dystopic, Gibson-esque feel. Plus it feels
kinda James Bond-ish to zip the thing, take a couple of quick shots
and slide the thing back in the inside jacket pocket... |

I don't know where this is, but it looks kinda cool, with the

The parallax error of the crummy lens in the phonecam makes an
interesting shot. |
